Yes, that's exactly what I had. After experimenting I discovered that the voucher was not valid for anything in the "Prime Time Unleashed" sale regardless of the green ticket status. It would have been nice for that to be made clear when the coupon was communicated.

Notification say: "Savings In Bloom -  Spend $20 and Save 20% - code MAYUSAVE20 at checkout. Coupon valid until Thursday 5/14/2026, 11:59 PM (cdt). Coupon is stackable on other promotions but may not apply to all products."

Since coupon is stackable on other promotions, then there is no valuable reason that it don't work on this one, and "may not apply" generally only refer to "red coupon flag", especially since last year at least, that coupons also works on prime products.

So frankly, if coupon still not work on 14th, then I empty cart and so no money for Renderosity, as simple as that.

Happened to me too. I've already dumped 2 carts, one today and one with the last coupon.

acanthis is correct in that the products in Prime Time unleashed are excluded from coupons. Unfortunately, it was not clearly stated in the promotional article for the sale.  This has now been amended. https://www.renderosity.com/article/31280/prime-time-unleashed-72-hours-only 

This particular promotion is for our Prime Members and includes products that are not part of Prime but are marked down by a generous 65%. 

Because of this deep discount, coupons are not eligible for this promotion. We consider this a meaningful offer in its own right and hope you’ll appreciate the value it provides. 

This does not reference or explain the fact that this is a new policy as coupons previously were always good even at a high discount sale. So in effect, prices were raised. Usually winds up that people buy less.

In the future please state the limitations of the coupons, it would definitely eliminate the confusion and the waste of time. So many changes over the last year and not all of them are good

The exclusion of coupons does not alter the underlying sale price; it simply prevents combining multiple discounts. The products in the Prime Time Unleashed promotion are already reduced by 65%, which represents a substantial markdown from their regular prices. Removing coupon eligibility does not increase those prices. Buyers are still paying significantly less than usual (35% of the actual price) and on products that are not in Prime and would not have been discounted that much in regular sales of 50%. Although getting an 80-85% discount does seem attractive, please also keep in mind that this is our vendors' livelihood and we feel further discounting devalues their work.
