Ok..yeah I dont know why it cancelled out some of my text up there...but this is what I meant to say: Pry you eyes away from the pretty new interface of Vue4 and answer some questions for me;) thanks... SolidGrowth™ 2 trade? can someone explain what they mean...? Symmetrical terrains. is this like symmetrical lattices in bryce? Mapped images can be rotated and inverted easily in the editors. just explain what they are talking about animation features? any new improvements I think that is it..thanks:) Nick

Oh and if someone could maybe scan a tutorial from the book, or post some images(screenshots) of how how some of the animation tools work, I'm not sure if Vue has what I need animation wise...thanks! Nick Loves Vue's material editor....

Did some of your text get lost again? One item I can answer (not having v.4 yet) is that SolidGrowth 2 is sort of like a version 2 of SolidGrowth. When I first read the "2", I thought it might be a whole different type of system, but apparently it is the same system, but updated with new features. Such as subtle color changes when creating several generations. :)

Symetrical terrains are the same as symetrical lattices. One cool thing about the terrain and lattice editor is that you can rotate the terrain and paint effects on it in real time 3D! Rich

heyas; quit using those greater-than/less-than signs (aka html tag indicators) in yer messages! :) ™ means 'trademark symbol.' (ie "solidgrowth tm") well, rotating and inverting mapped images is pretty standard stuff: just like in your 2d image editing program. rotate image. invert image. ya know? although, in this case, i believe they mean to flip the image when they say invert. (none of which is new, you can do this in vue 3.)
