A few days ago while on Bing I clicked on second icon from the left:

Those are reward points and you can get gift cards with them.  I got 65 dollar card from Amazon and bought kitty food, toilet paper and paper towels.

They send the code in an email and it's a bit tricky to do but just follow the instructions exactly.

Anyways thought this was cool and worth sharing.
