Daniel Porter's column is once a month. He is the author of a 3D
rendered comic strip, created using a variety of applications.
While his homepage is at SpazticPlastic.com, he will
present five comics each month, and will offer comments and
"behind-the-scenes" information on how each individual one was
built. "Spaztic Plastic was born at Renderosity. I posted the
first render of the plastic heroes in my gallery on Apr 2,
2003; Ever since that day, I've had nothing but a drive to share it
with the world. Through it's creation I've grown as an artist, and
have enjoyed every second of working on it, improving it. Here, I
plan on not only presenting the comic to you, but describing the
thoughts and work behind it. I'm currently a Freshman, graphics
design major at Kent State University, and this is my golden hobby.
I have set very high goals, and I have every attention on achieving
them. I sincerely hope you enjoy the comics, they're for you guys.
Peace, Dan"
