Subject: video card problem

New installation, hard drive added, Blender 5.1 will not open, Blender says driver is out of date. The video card was updated to the latest drivers, the card is the same one I've used (RTX3060 12 gb), now on a new computer, with the same hard drives.

I don't know what the heck this is doing?
