Looks good to me, but what's that thing we can see through the first hole? Just kidding. :-)

Bryce is not casting the shadow of the green stuff, it just looks grey.

You can change the volume color on that texture to green to fix that. Cool modeling.

This is not my "second childhood". I'm not finished with the first one yet.

I'd like to see another one done with all the slots filled with, Red, Purple, Blue, Yellow and ofcourse Green Liquids. Would look very colorfull.

Slots filled. Many glass/liquid interactions mean the render takes a lot longer.

I'd like to see more light interaction. The light should be passing rhough all of the tubes, since you'd rarely store solids in a test tube. Also, I'd like ot see some kind of caustic action going on, or perhaps merely texture the table and your rack? When dealing with many reflections and refractions, make sure your ray-depth is set higher than the standard (6), and adjust TIR to match. This image would be perfect for image-based lighting, which is done with an environment-textured sphere as your light-source. Similar to HDR rendering, without the actual added bightness range...
