Clint: that helps a lot. I know I have a lot of work to do. I keep thinking maybe we can think of something here on the forum ... a co-op so to speak. There is so much talent here and if the Buyers of such talent had access to it we could get somewhere, all of us. Just a thought. Any marketers out there interested in sharing your skills with us poor struggling artists? I figure we'd all win in the end. Just a thought.

Thread: 2 questions: location of image & business | Forum: Bryce
I'm working on a couple of projects myself. I'm opeing a metaphysical store on line in a few months and will be getting credit card access then. At that time we can se where else we can go. Combining talents does seem to be the way to go. Again with proper marketing ... but then that's down the road. I will keep in touch Clint thanks. Anyone else with any ideas ... hea it's worth a shot. Boni Struggling artist tired of the rat race of the Silicon Valley.

Clint: I'm glad to see someone excited ... it's still in it's planning stages. It's more healing and herbal than pagan, my partner has issues...but the end result will essentially be the same. Crystal bags, candles, ceramics, healing herbs, artwork, recipe books. that sort of thing. All original. No reselling. E-mail me if you get a chance so I can see how lucritive this might be. I don't want to waste this wonderful forum's space on commercialism. :) Boni

that was the first place I looked, you'd think these two items would be common. Actually the car is my roommate's favorite car. And the bus ... well it's a long story ... put shortly, I grew up in an old bus converted into an RV and traveled around the country with my GreatGrandparents in it in the late 50's early 60's. I was making personal images for my "history" art and wanted the images for that. Thanks for the advice. They are a great source. Boni

You're KEWWL Pan~, I can just see making an outhouse in Bryce actually, but I think I did see that somewhere on one of the sites. WARNING: Unrelated side bar on personal history: (We actually used an old pail with a handmade wooden seat. ... our water was from a water barrel and our cook stove was a little electric hot plate like thing. The beds were mats put down on a wooden cupboard that part of a cabinet system that lined the entire bus. Light was a gas lantern. It was north in the summer to Ohio and south to Texas in the winter. Worked out very well. Didn't see snow until I was 6. Haven't liked snow ever since. :) Take care, let me know if anyone knows where to find these things. Boni

I appreciate your post, even though it was way off topic ... but there most be some artistic and creative insperations in there somewhere. My American dream crashed and burned when I was 6 and started school, bummer. We were poor, I was considered "blind", (very near sighted actually, but the law didn't see it that way at the time) and I had to struggle to learn, to grow, to be an artist (legend has it I started drawing feet and dogs at 2 because that's all I could see) and now I'm a software and hardware catagory specialist for Beyond.com when what I want and what I'm working for is to do my art full time, Bryce, Poser, drawing, painting. Check my site ...Amethyst Arts and here is a sample of my work.

The sample wouldn't come through ... let's try again. I made it a little smaller, maybe it will take now. Peace Boni

Thread: ATTENTION TRIPOD USERS!! | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I found if you right click and show the URL, highlight and copy it, then pste it into your address line, then click on it, it will come up. But who wants to do all of that all the time. Maybe we should contact Tripod and complain. Just a thought. Boni

Thread: Wish there was more interest over here | Forum: Bryce
I must admit, I balance between being here and being onthre Deplphi Bryce forum, and this is much easier, but there are so many more members there (and newly made friends). I don't want to "dis" the other group, but I'd like to see them come over here, it's so much easier here ... and friendlier somehow. Boni

Thread: An oldie, but loved one... | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I love the image, I can see the love and work that went into it. I'm a purest I guess, but the one thing that bugs me is shadows. there is a conspicuous (sp) lack of sahdows on the countertop, around the chairs and stools, where the woman is sitting. Is this just a feature we as posers nedd to get use to? Am I being a b**t? I'm a fine artist, and notice these nit picky things. I really do love it, the shadows just bug me. Is this an OVerlay of sorts or rendered in Bryce? You can flame me if you want. Boni (Please no tomatoes though, they are so hard to wash out of silk)

Thread: OT-help with storage for Poser stuff | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Okay ... I have a different idea based on what you've told us. You have a Gateway. Upgrade to a new one. get the 27 gig + CDRW + Zip drive. (That's what I'm doing.) you can use their credit plan and just pretty much trade in and request a transfer of data. Hea, it's worth a shot and get you into a newer system all the way around. Just a thought. Boni

I hear you ... as for the video card, I've ordered a 32 mg video card. Shop arround, the price of those things are going down, but also please contact Gateway on compatability, better to know before you buy. (I sold computers and software for four years retail and did tech work after that). The campatability issue goes with any periferal you buy. 'Plug'n'play" is a nice term, but it doesn't always work that way. Good luck. I've just done my budgeting and still can't get my system for a couple more months. sigh, it'll have Poser 4 and Bryce 4. Wow. Boni
