Wow, so much going on. Rhol: great creepy fish and great Mother's Day image; Byrdie: very cute kittens in teacups; Darkglass: the old car in the snow is a fav and the Guardians are terrific; bakapo: Wombo Worlds are super and so are the robot bugs; Brent: bizarre bunch of folks but fine images; Lunaseas: LOVE that car!; SteveCampsOut: very nice Mother's Day image; Leonard: my son and his friends would love those vehicles that ride where there are no roads. lol
Well, I love this thread but I also like the gallery. I don't want to be forced out of it.. I fear that there are some that are trying to force us out of the gallery and onto threads like this one. I, for one, like the comments I get there. Just my insecurity maybe. ??
I'd have a lot more sympathy if the complaint was about people sticking stuff in the wrong gallery all the time but it's not. These ravings are apparently all about the fact that there even is an AI gallery here in the first place. Honks the posters of copycat protest signs right off, that does.
Photoshop gallery, yeah, most of that should be in Mixed Medium from what I've seen. Even with Daz, Poser and the like, I've done images that needed more than one round of basic correction and stray pixel taming to get what I was aiming for. Where I post them to often depends on how much of the final production was achieved in the program/app that I started out with. Which is why the one I'm getting ready now will get the mixed media/AI-assisted tag. That, and it's also fan art -- another thing that some people say shouldn't exist.
Thanks very kind of you to say so....even tho i have no ideas what you are referring too....@Darkglass those are awesome.
SteveCampsOut - Finding lots of cool stuff lately...
Brent - Always amazing Wombo work! Thanks for making me want to get better at it...
Bakapo - Excellent robo bugs, hope you find some more, just not in the house eh... ;)
Gill - That's a nice seaside image and your devil is also looking nasty, in the cool way...
Lunaseas - I agree with the others that little red sports car looks super!
Len - I always plan on trying some line art stuff, but like Zo, always get distracted with other rabbits to chase, lol. Like'n those dirt machines, like a monster truck show I went to, loud and splat some old cars, oh ya... ;)
Darkglass - Always enjoy your art, even long before this thread, you also inspire me to keep trying new stuff and getting better, thanks. Some amazing worlds and figures!
Ladylake - Please keep posting to your gallery of choice, I'll always take a peak and say hi... :)
Byrdie - How about some kitties in other items, surprise me, ha ha...
Sorry if I missed anyone, tough to keep up with you guys...
The Osiris Spindle, Temporal Time Paradox, Bending of Time And Relative Dimensions In Space, Quantum Gravitational Singularitys, Quantum microscopic dimensional realms....always fun to play with...!!!
Leonardo is quickly surpassing NightCafe in my favorite creations. Using the above as a starting prompt.

Then you just need a modified get away car stashed away in the hideout,

a cute pet that likes to stick his face out the widow when speeding down the road,

and the anti hero, who's really a good guy at heart, really...

Molly Hatchet - Flirtin' with Disaster

Heads up on a new toy! Found in the FB group. Whatever your prompt is, add "discombobulate" at the end and give it a weight. One of my favourite words so miffed that I didn't think of it.
e.g. /imagine > your main prompt :: discombobulate::2
Image below is the original prompt and adding the above word to it. Try it out on a few of your old prompts - see what you get :)

Man I'll tell ya this thread is the place to go for the free flow of ideas it's incredible. Haven't even opened my dA acct. in weeks and just checked some of the galleries here, just out of curiosity (haven't posted to the galleries in weeks), the wild thing is some of the interesting things there are by folks who post in here too...no Duh huh kinda stands to reason, why post anywhere else.
Man there is a lot of chores to do to get ready for Summer service the AC and Swamp Cooler, Solar Panels, Wind Generator, Water pumps...some time to enjoy the fruits of my Labor now, play on the Puter and gettin Dirty with the guys out back. Always have fun with Zo but you know what that little Rat ain't so bad either. tons of personality but dumber than a Stump.

Ok well totally different for me, back in the day (way back 4th 5th grade) I was heavily influenced by the art of Ed-Big Daddy-Roth...a wild man from the CarToons to Rat Fink to some of the most incredible Hot Rod Customs, loved his work.

Spent this afternoon writing the story that goes with my Watson art that I've finally finished to my liking. Title is Captain John: A Case of Identity and I'll post to my gallery either tonight or tomorrow, depending on what else needs sorted before bedtime. For now, have a few more supposed-to-be-Cinderella Kitties. Alas, not a coach or glass slipper in sight.

Fingers not right on hand holding Snow Globe Kitty. :sigh: Maybe someday ...
I think I know "that one who shall not be named". If it's the same one, why on earth are they vitching about the "Great AI Menace" on the one hand while flinging it all over the place themselves with the other? There's a word for that sorta thing, yes?
Agreed yours is much better. You really ought to post it to the gallery. Call it an homage. Then have a big bowl of popcorn while being amused and entertained.
Yeah, I'm in a mood. Trying to write credit/production notes that don't sound like an apology for use of AI while at the same time being accurate and maybe even helpful to anyone who's interested in my art more than my tools will do that to you.

I mainly just post picture in the gallery. No waffling, just the title. And comments turned off. They either like it or they don't. I'm at the age now where frankly, I don't give a ....

Have to say that I rarely look at the PS gallery. Just had a nosey and I can't really see anything that I would consider pure Photoshop. They all look like they should be in Mixed Medium at least. I probably do more POSTWORK in PS than any of those first few I saw on page one.
