I'd suggest something along the lines of "Stop Bad Photoshop Copycat Gallery Flooding!" Because that is most certainly neither art nor very creative, just like the ones who post it.

Have to say that I rarely look at the PS gallery.  Just had a nosey and I can't really see anything that I would consider pure Photoshop.  They all look like they should be in Mixed Medium at least.  I probably do more POSTWORK in PS than any of those first few I saw on page one.
