Subject: How to change angle in already created scene

jackhalsey ( ) posted Wed, 07 May 2008 at 8:52 PM · edited Tue, 14 July 2026 at 1:44 AM

Hello

I created a scene in carrara and exported some pngs from it.  I now want to go back in and export some more pngs from a different angle.

I open the saved carrara file and change the angle.  Then I go into storyboard and tweak the camera dolly but when I render it renders the original scene angle.

Please advise and thank you.

Rendering on the same camera as the viewpoint?
Set at the same time on the timeline as the adjustment?

Dunno what else to ask...  I'm sure there might be other things to check.

If you are involved with a still image why were you involved in the Story Board Room?

Did you need any more than say the Dolly Manipulator in the Assembly Room?

Remember to check where the production frame is before you render. The scene in the preview window is not necessarily what the camera is looking at.

I was using sequenced pngs and checked the production frame so I dont get it.
