Subject: Looking for 6 pointed star

I am curious if anyone has in obj format, no texture needed, of a 6 pointed star. The type I'm looking for is like the Star of David type shape (plain-nothing fancy, just a mesh), but I need it extruded and I do not have a 3D modeler program. I would appreciate any help! Thanks Kara

Ah indeed! Very close my friend. What I was really looking for was one that is totally enclosed, none of the inside showing through. An example so you can tell is located on http://www.whiteagle.org/ Just the star, not the cross. Thanks a million! I'm sorry I was not more clear in my first message. Thank you, Kara

wct2pov is a free object converter (available at the link) that lets you convert text to extruded objects. If you download fonts that have stars etc, you can convert them using this program.

Thanks xantor, that's a handy litle utility. For best results I found that I had to 'Split Vertices' in UVMapper, and 'Flip normals" on improt into Poser.
