good job. The surface mapping needs a little work, in my opinion its a little too brown, but thats just me, its good anyhow, keep your terragen art flowing. =)
Good start, add more surface layers, especially children along the same color lines. Also might turn down the gamma to about 1.2-1.3 to get more clarity/deffinition. That is under render settings, options.

Well, i think it is your best pic so far. You are getting better. And maybe you schould have a look at all those wonderfull free landscape generators, like Terraformer2 or Worldmachine. Carry on :)
