This is REALLY nice work!!! The expression on her face, the colors you used, the lighting--all terrific! All it needs is a little more work on the glass in her hand, and it'll be perfect! :)

I keep coming back to this picture... don't know exactly what I like best, face, pose, lighting or perspective... I guess, after all it's the atmosphere that's both loaded up and relaxed.
Looks like she stepped right out of your game! Hmmm rendering gaming characters... gooood idea. It looks a bit like some Squaresoft characters... (good thing) :). boum already mentioned the glass, and Ill say maybe a bit of texture on the pants.. unless they're satin in which case they look great :) Coool stuff
