Description

I hope everyone is having a great weekend thus far ;O-) Time for a little painting/mixed media today (poser model used for reference only). Feeling rusty, as this did not turn out how I had initially imagined .... lol. The muse had other ideas, it seems ;O-) Butterfly is one of Moonbeam's; leaves are by Jaguarwoman/Lucie@jaguarwoman. Jewelry, character, flowers etc painted. Wowee, this is beautiful. I often wonder if your works are real book covers or is this your genre style? It sure is distinctive I have to say that, I like the almost exclusive use of pink with the emerald highligts. A great choice of color contrasts. Especially how her eyes tie into the head piece. The way the magical special effects are part of the head piece is a really cool idea. Obviously done by a pro in the field.
