I know.........Surprise surprise..two in one week...
Caught this one earlier this summer before hubby passed away...and it's a dreary old day here in Ky...Cloudly,wet, and a tad bit cool...Hope it warms up just a bit tomorrrow for me to go pay bills........Had to put pexiglass in my car window...The deer broke it last fall..Called to find out about a replacement...$150....The pexiglass may have to do for awhile..I found the name of the dragonfly through widipekia? I got smart....It says the males are green and highly territorial...and they search high in the sky for their prey..one the like is butterflies..I had no idea on that one.........learned something new today.......

thiss dragon fly almost looks like line art or a fantastic illustration - would make an excellent logo for somebody into dragonflys... and thanks for letting me know two peaceful creatures are enemies - lol... I pictured right away the dragon fly on the back of a butterfly and just eating at it's neck - never seen it, but I have a vivid imagination - can't get it out and the butterfly looks in pain - damn dragonflys - lol
