Creative and nicely composed
It's very nice, yet my gut feeling says there is something wrong. :) It looks like if the cleaning lady has been by and dusted off almost everything. Street floor and dustbin look really dirty, but the wood from the fence, the poster, the drip of paint (blood?) and a lot of the concrete, although looking worn, still look too 'crisp', too clean. See if you can mix 2 dirt textures with each other, one with an alpha so part of the lower texture shines through.
