Nice, like it, only one hiccup though....... can she read backwards?, all the writing is in favour of being read from this side.
She could also work on the other side - panel is free standing - but then you would see her back .

If you already finished then disregard but if not I think that its awesome and dont change the writing on the board. Aircraft Operations Specialists in the Navy have to be able to read and write backwards on the board that they use to keep track of all the planes.
