This... this is a victoria 4 based character? O____o Holly cow it's trully amazing! That what i call a personnal work! I really like "realist" renders made with cartoon style characters, it always looked very fine for me. And guess what, i'm fond of this work. The character has a lot of personality, scene is very well setted, nothing wrong to say about color choice, and render is almost perfect (yes almost because character "edges" look a bit too bright for me). What i could say more? Welll... just "congratulations" i guess!
