Description

Another climactic scene from my novel to be (maybe) - a desperate cavalry charge against overwhelming odds etc etc.

Thankyou for your comments :) The depth of field effect shown in this scene is actually done all within Daz studio. It took me a while to figure it out but it is achieved by turning perspective on with the camera you are using for the scene. The by adjusting the f/stop and depth of field - as you would with a normal photgraphic camera - you can get these results. It does take playing around to get it right. If you are interested in learning more about this, here is a link to a tutorial that put me on the correct path. http://digilander.libero.it/maclean/DStutorial.htm I have another pic that I'll upload tomorrow that shows this even better!. Thanks again. :)

This reminds me of the last desparate cavalry charge by the templars before the fall of Jerusalem. How do you get such heavily populated and detailed images to render within your lifetime? LOL, even THAT takes a great deal of skill (and maybe a much better than average PC too). Excellent, cinematic quality again!
