Description
Shot taken a while back in old Saint Stephens Church, Fylingdales, just up the road from my home. The idea of this decorated window is for the images to eventually fade into and become one with the sky. I think it works beautifully. I thank you for looking and for treasured comments. Beautiful shot, Di, and what a touching idea... the old photographs are grand and though they may have "faded" from the lives of their families, their memory certainly hasn't and will always be remembered by this touching dedication done by the church!

A very interesting concept. Not sure I agree with it but it certainly has character. You've really got a great shot of this window, though. Caught the lovely sun cast upon the inner wall and the mystery shadow in the background on the right of the window. Excellent.

Fantastic concept, beautifully captured...I am surprised variations of this idea didn't catch on in other places in other ways, but I'm glad to see it here at least. Gorgeous fade effect as well...quite wistful! Beautiful!
