Description

My last post was a photo of this same tree, but in black and white "Dead Tree B&W". Here is a colour photo of the same tree taken on the same day. It was a windy day and the clouds were scooting across the sky quite fast, giving lots of diffrent backgrounds, I thought that this configuration of clouds looked quite nice, but I like the low POV in the B&W pic better. The photo was taken with a FUJIFILM FinePix S5600. I have a new camera on order from Amazon, a Canon Powershot S3 IS. Can't wait to get my hands on it!

A beautiful solemn photograph. The clouds are beautiful on such a clear and crisp day. I love the look of the sole "survivor" tree, standing in all its glory on its own--- a beautiful capture! Beautiful contrast of colours in this image. As well, it peaks my curiosity in a sense, the green vibrant background that we get a slight glimpse of, juxtaposed in the very same photo with a tree that looks like its preparing for the winter months... very interesting depiction here..... and a truly fine photograph! Contrary to your title, I would say the photograph is very much alive, and an extremely lovely depiction of nature in its most natural state!
