Description

Here is an image that is based off the "new style" of photography that seems to be all the rage. Lyndon Wade, Sacha Waldman, ect. are guys that are hot right now. Blank stares, Hot light, stiff pose - almost illustrated figures. Well, anyways, here is my attempt. Photo background is stock, as well as, some photo reference for the shirt... with the poser figure showing through slightly. Hair and color done in PS. hope you like.

I like this style. It gives me the feeling of Norman Rockwell - One of many great artists... We live in a world now where the artist will soon look at painting with a brush prehistoric... It's kinda sad in a way... But it also makes artists out of people that don't know how to... I added this to my favorites - good job. Check out my site in a month or so, I'll need some advice because I am new here. I have poser and maya coming in the mail. I am an artist with lots of ideas and after learning how to do this, I see my dreams coming true... My dreams are bring some of my comic characters to 3D - and making them look life like - only in Mickey Mouse form. Thanks for the picture.

Well, well, I am looking at this image with the blank stare and I am getting ready to comment on how the picture needed some emotion...then I read the write up. You sure caprtured that mood (if there is a mood at all)

Wow! What intense colours! And what a perfect contrast with that dark shirt behind. That hair looks perfectly real as well, I can't believe it was done in PS.
