I begin to work on a scene, nothing major , just creating a couple of spheres. I assign a texture, then go back out to the workspace, create something else, then go to assign a texture to it and in the materials lists theres noothing in the boxes, all black and blank. If I restart Bryce they are all there when I go back, but it does it again when I begin to work. I havn't installed any new software on the system, and it's running fine. But this is really frustrating. I'm ready to reformat my harddrive and reinstall Windows, but I don't want to, but it may be my only hope. Is anyone experiencing this or anything like this? kaom

Corel knows about this bug, it happens once in awhile, most times you can just exit the materials presets, then go back and everything is fine, this should be fixed in the patch.

When is the patch due out? I'm glad Corel knows about this, it doesn't repaire itself when I exit the amterial presets, but it I start a new document it's OK for a few then it does it again. So I guess reformatting isn't going to solve anyhting? I didn't really feel like going through the hassle but I thought maybe something was ill in windows. That patch will be a welcome download. Thanks Ken, kaom
