That sounds as if a new morph has been saved withj a non-zero default, or overwritten that way. Edit>Figure>Zero>Zero Figure Shape, then say yes you really do want to zero it, and the shape should revert. Edit>Figure>Memorise>Memorise Figure Shape. Now you can use File>Save As>Support Assets>Save Modified Assets (note, modified assets - not modifier asset) and you will get a list of properties which no longer have their default values: I strongly recommend making a note of what is listed, then cancelling the dialogue (this avoids accidentally overwriting something that needs a non-zero defult value), then reload your base figure and try zeroing the proeprties that were in the save dialaogue until you find the one that is causing the issue - now you can zero it, do the Memorise thing, and use the Save Modified Assets dialogue making sure only the problem property is selected.
If it turns out to bea product fault, report it to Daz (product from the Daz store) or the artist.

All the Genesis 8 female and male characters show up as super fit, not in their normal state. Any idea how to fix this?
