Subject: Eye morph not loading

I've an issue with a character I picked up a few days ago: https://www.renderosity.com/marketplace/products/166687/oriana-for-genesis-9 

Loading the default DUF for the character, I get this missing file error:

/data/Daz 3D/Genesis 9/Base/Morphs/Daz 3D/Head/head_ctrl_EyeballPositionDepth.dsf

And the eyes are definitely not positioned correctly with a noticeable the gap.

Searched for, and the only other head_ctrl_EyeballPositionDepth.dsf is for the G9ToonCommon\Genesis 9 Toon Floating Iris\Morphs\Daz 3D\Head\head_ctrl_EyeballPositionDepth.dsf

I put a ticket in with tech support here & they got back quickly, but didn't have the problem when loading. 

I tried a fresh install of Oriana on my laptop and same problem. Tech support hasn't responded to my follow up replies yet though.

Both versions of 4.24 DS installs are current.

I was wondering if someone might also have that product? Or, might anyone have another solution?

There've been some technical issues in the area; a major fiber optic cable as cut and I didn't have e-mail for most of a day. I think servers were playing catch up.

So, this catches you up. Any ideas?
