Hello

I just want to know if there is a bikini of similar shaping, specifically the bottom part, but for G8F ?

I would prefer to avoid converting if I can.

Thanks for reading :)

If you change Scene Identification on the G3F bikini to G8F, you can just fit it to G8F.

After fitting you can save it as a wearable preset.

Yeah maybe that's the best plan, there is also conversion tutorial by Sickleyield.

Thanks  !

Can you show a screen shot of how one changes the Scene Identification

Regarding changing the Scene Identification, just ask the obsequiously-friendly neighborhood AI assistant in your browser. It's faster than waiting for someone to find the time to explain it to you.

It told me to (in DAZ Studio),
1) select the clothing,
2) access the Scene Tab context menu (hamburger icon),
3) locate the 'Preferred Base' and change it to the preferred model (G8F)
4) adjust the rigging (if necessary) by selecting both the clothing and the figure, then Edit > Rigging > Transfer Rigging (Figure Space)

Then you can save it as a wearable asset or scene subset.

Or you could use the transfer utility by

1. Loading the figure you wish to use it on

2. Load the clothing if it already fits G8 you could either use the transfer utility or autofit. Transfer utitlity imo gives less distortion to meshes but if it already fits that shouldn't even be an issue.

Note Choose the tight bodysuit template and all should be fine.

If it doesn't fit genesis 8 choose the genesis 3 clone in autofit and bodysuit template.

If you don't have the clone already check out Mattymanx's clones over at Daz.

If you need someone to walk you thru it contact me on sitemail here or at Hivewire.
