Hi guys!
I am a developer for Renderosity, and just wanted to reach out to you guys about your concerns. We are aware of several issues and are actively pursuing fixes to address them. Let me list out the issues separately for clarity.
1. Individuals received the prime newsletter several times this morning. That was observed by our internal staff, and developers have addressed the issue. The prime newsletter is being sent via a separate service than the regular newsletters. We are testing this new platform as a potential replacement for our regular newsletter system due to the issues with the current system as specified below.
2. Individuals received the regular newsletter several times. A member has observed that they received the regular Renderosity newsletter several times. We researched this issue and can confirm that there was a system error that caused this.
3. Individuals are not receiving regular newsletters. Again, there are different newsletters being sent from different systems. While this complicates things temporarily, it is our goal that through this we will address the issues with newsletters as a whole. The current system for regular newsletters does not have good list management options, so once you opt-out or get removed - it can be difficult to re-add you to the list. I greatly appreciate the link posted by TwiztidKidd as that is a great method of re-adding yourself to the list (see link below). So, the prime newsletter sent out this morning would only be sent to prime members. If you did not receive that email and are prime I will research you in our logs; however, if you did not receive the prime newsletter and are not prime - then all is well :) . If you are not receiving regular Renderosity daily newsletters, then please sitemail me your email directly and/or open a ticket at support.renderosity.com and I will be happy to look into the issue for you.

Again, we are actively pursuing fixes to all of these issues. There's a lot of work to be done, and never enough time to complete it LOL!
