Subject: Transparency problem in Superfly Render

Does anyone know what's causing this odd semi-transparent edge in this Superfly render?

IF you could show us your mat room settings ... I have an idea, but want to eliminate other posibilities.

if you are using the posersurface node as your superfly main render node then it is likely that you have left transparency falloff at 0.6 image.png

resulting in this :
