Subject: Time=out errors on downloads

I just purchased a few items. When I try to download them only half of the file makes it before I get a message that Renderosity does not allow enough time to download the file. I use Chrome.

Now this has never ever happened before. Why suddenly a time restriction on downloads? Why are you making life so difficult for us? There is one problem after another. I really start to regret the renewal of my PM. What was I hoping for?

Please, make it possible to download my files.

@helgas,

I just logged in as you and was able to download these sucessfully using Chrome.

Please write into to store@renderosity.com and let them know you are having issue.  When you write in please tell them what exactly is happening when you try to download.  Are you getting any sort of error message?

Thank you for testing. I have never had a download time out on me. Still trying to understand what is happening and where.

Yes, Chrome is telling me that Renderosity does not allow sufficient time to download the files. I could only download the Expressions. The downloads quit at 17 mg. I tried yesterday night and early this morning with the same results.

I downloaded a file from YouTube this morning to test if it will quit on me.a The file size was 850 mg and downloaded without any hickup or problem.

I just got home so I will try to download some old files from my DAZ and RDNA accounts and see what happens. If the problem persists I will make contact again because I would like to play with my new goodies.
