Subject: White textures in Poser

What settings can I use in the material room to get a white texture to NOT be 'washed out' when rendering? When I use white textures, it usually looks somehow 'overexposed'. I hope you understand what I am asking .....

Ever stop to think, and forget to start again?

Don't make the textures white, make them about 10% gray. Also check you specularity settings.

For the same reason black is best done with 90% grey. This gives a little space left for highlights/shadows to show on either white or black clothing. if you do plain black or white then it looks strange.
