To reach our Marketplace staff, please open a support ticket at

Our goal is to respond to support tickets within 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Most of them should be available.
Ourpolicy states:
"Product availability : Once a product has been purchased and downloaded the customer has accepted the merchandise.
Renderosity will try to make the product available for future downloads if needed but we can not guarantee the product will be available. We suggest that you archive your purchases after downloading them."

If I request cd burn of my purchases - will the discontinued items/pulled items still be a valid zip? Considering this, however if the above are null & void I will pass.
