@anitalee & @Giana I have sitemailed both you directly to collect more information. Our logs and such indicate that the site has been much improved over the past 48 hours. It may be that there is something about your setup or browsing pattern that is triggering something in our firewall.

Hi guys! The lead developer for the site here. For the past year, we've been battling against different types of bots that have been interacting with the site in novel ways that have also been detrimental to the site's stability. We've implemented several defense mechanisms to reduce their effect on the site overall with great success. @infinity10's observation is spot-on. For the past 2 weekends, we have once again been getting hit intermittently with bot activity that has caused site instability. Last week we made several adjustments that we believed would fully resolve the instability issues. The site maintained greatly improved stability throughout the remainder of the week. Then, we once again were hit with bot activity in a different way than the prior weekend that caused some outages. Luckily, the instability this weekend was much less severe than last weekend; however, any instability is not something we are just going to tolerate. I have been investigating potential causes and solutions this morning, and will continue to assess the best way for us to improve stability without affecting user experience.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! There was an issue with the product release notification sender that caused this one product to repeat over and over and over. Luckily we have fixed the issue and you should no longer be receiving these endless notifications. We sincerely apologize for this undoubtedly irritating glitch.

Hi there! I am a developer for Renderosity. I apologize for the delay in getting this resolved. We have added back the default setting for those who use it. Not everyone uses the sorting functionality, so for them the wishlist will continue to be sorted by newest. If you use the sorting functionality, it will use your sort order by default.Every time I open my wishlist, the most recent item I've wishlisted is at the top, and the sort method is set to Newest. I prefer Default setting, which allows me to sort the wishlist the way I want. Why doesn't the wishlist remember what my settings were?

I believe you are encountering this error because you are attempting to sign in with your Renderosity account credentials. For security reasons, the support site does not have your user credentials. Instead you can either create a ticket without an account or register an account with the support site. It's entirely up to you.
To create a support ticket without an account, you can navigate to https://support.renderosity.com/ and then click "Open a new ticket". That will take you here.
To register for a support site account, you can navigate to the site and click "Sign in", then "Create an account". That will take you here.
In this case, I have reset the downloads for the respective item; however, going forward for fastest service please post to the support site as Michelle mentioned above.

That error might occur when the site is experiencing extreme traffic. We have been hit with some AI bot traffic that we have been fighting off with our security tools.

Hi PilotHigh,
During the checkout process you can simply change the phone number provided in the given field. If contact is needed to fulfill a purchase, we will use the phone number associated with the order being fulfilled. There is no process to change the phone number. There is also no verification code sent through that phone number.

You can use the "Gift this Item" button on the product page.

This will give you the following dialog window from which you can choose the username of the user you are gifting the item to.

Hi arifzhafir,Now that non-Prime items are temporarily marked as Prime (purple tag) instead of Prime Flash, I'm unable to know whether the Prime price is going to change. I started a thread in the Suggestion Box, but nothing has changed.
Is there a secret code to discover if a marked Prime item is true Prime, or is this another of the new regime's improvements?
There was a glitch in the system that caused products on temporary prime discount to be marked as "Prime". That has since been fixed! Now, products that have the Purple Prime sash are the permanent prime products.
