I just deleted all cookies. Made sure I can accept them. Turned off my firewall. Restarted my computer. Turned off the firewall again. I can log in. But as soon as I hit cart..I am logged out again and back to a visitor. Oh, this is depressing. I really need this purchase. What do I do now?

Well...it worked now. Maybe it took a few minutes for my firewall to completely shut down? But here's my problem. I have run this firewall for over 3 to 4 years. Never had this problem making a purchase before. I don't like doing anything without it on. Does this mean I will have to shut it down every time I want to make a purchase? That's just odd. Thank you for trying to help.

Thank you very much Clint. As much as I hate to say this..it appears I have done it yet again. I just went to download an item I purchased..and it is already in the folder. In order # 111051487 I purchased Karanta's Mini Dress & Sandals...apparently I have purchased this earlier in orderĀ Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā # 111049090. This was before I started writing everything down. I am so very sorry. This is very frustrating for me as well. Guess maybe I am overloading the system with all of my purchases lately. :-) I'd appreciateĀ your help once again. I am sure I can spend the credit in short order. Thank you.

Thank you again. I am not sure where I put them in from on all of them. But I do keep the majority of my purchases in my wishlist for a few days before deciding to buy them for sure. So I would say probably from the wishlist. Does this help?

Just for the record here, this is not a major complaint. I love the package over all. He's gorgeous. I just want him to look correct when I do a portrait image of him, which is the main reason I purchased him. I just want to know if it can be corrected?
