the one on the screenshot I posted and who should function normally on the product whose image is on promo

The coupons do not work on any Prime items.

ok so

1. why the product "garden folly" is on the promos images if it don't participate to this promotion ?
2. why the product "palladio - romans props & scene " (who is not a prime product) don't accept the coupons ?

if you see the screen shot I try to use the coupon the 2 february and send this day a mail to the vendor for explications, but the vendor don't respond so I post on the forum.

Because it didn't start until 3 in the afternoon and ran until 6 in the evening. You tried to use it at 3:08AM not 3:08 pm in which it would've worked.

ah ok, but It's not just for us Europeans ! the hours are not the same ! for you now it's the end of the morning, for me it's the end of the evening and time to go to bed. Difficult tu using the hours coupons !
