Am I the only one that cant connect to the server to download my Hex pre-order. I just got the link in the mail last night. Its 14:23 Eastern Time Zone. Regards, E

Also here. Finally got the email at 12:48 PM Pacific Time -- some sixteen hours after DAZ PC Club members were first allowed to download -- but the link is hanging. If they'd just deliver the PC Club membership they promised I could probably just buy it there and download it easier.

I just got mine, can't get it....looks like server is choking tho.

Have the solution -- I just bought a SECOND copy of Hexagon via the gift Platinum Club membership. It is downloading nicely...the Eovia links managed to get the golden pack after forty minutes or so, but Hexagon is still hanging. Pre-Order (pri-ordure): noun. 1. To spend more money for. 2. To ensure you get it later than everyone else.

I think the Eovia server has a TON of download pressure on it today. It took me two and a half hours on DSL to download H2 and the Golden Pack. And that was after four attempts at 5 a.m. MDT. :P Very cool new features. Looks like I'll be indoor playing this weekend instead of being outside enjoying the spring weather!

Yeah, I will probably do that. Many are. I am seeing some awful name server and dns issues tho. Looks worse than just server overload.

Well it is trying to download now. Horrid download rate...that explains some issues.

Yippee! I got it now (that is, by buying a second copy on DAZ). Already crashed it, too! (Eovia download is still chugging, estimate three hours remaining).

must be nice.  bought through Daz and used all my download attempts and had to reset order to get another 4 tries, all this AFTER it was announced that they had put 25 servers on and added another 10 mirrors.   Guess I'll try later tonight , but damn.

That's what I was getting. :D It's no coincidence, I think, that the dns and nameserver issues dissappeared.Not used to that kind of rate. I was astounded to see that 256MB(somewhere in there) was for the french docs. Of course, the english was the same(the movies). I need them I am lost in places.
