This time an animation. Check out the nice fly-through. Brian

Nice! Care to share the file? Was this done with a motion path? I notice a little jump near the end and that reminds me of my motion path experiments... sudden odd directions of view...

Yeah it was a quick motion path. I curved the path wrong at the end..hehe. The file would do you no good. Its the new cloud primitive I talked about in a post prior to this one. I will save the file and post it later though. Brian

I have few favor to ask because I work on 23rd floor high rise building and I can see the clouds. Can you add aura on volumetric clouds? Can you make center whiter stead of gray? The grey is supposed to show in the bottom of clouds upon the weakness caustic light.

GWeb, in some cases you will have lighting like you say with the clouds, there are a LOT of options with controlling the clouds, you can control the color ramp, the falloff ramp, and yes you could make the center whiter, and I will say, that not ALL clouds will have whiter centers. I'll post some more stuff up later.

In that case the white to grey should be a gradient based on thickness. Nicholas, is that possible? Great work on the new primitive! Looking forward to this coming out.
