hi... I'm completely new to 3d art and i am having trouble working with poser 5. all of the clothing shows up as figures instead of props. is this normal? and if not, how do i fix it, or how no i make the clothing work? thanks.

Most clothing are figures that conform to the model. Make sure the particular clothing is selected, go to figures, and select conform to. Up pops a box asking you what figure or model you want it conformed to. Warning! Poser can become very addictive.

Also make sure clothing was made for that character. Dont try to fit something made for Judy on victoria, you'll just wind up with a headache.
