file_464451.jpgCongratulations to outoftouch for being Renderosity's Vendor of the Month for December!

Tell us a bit about yourself. As you are already well known here on Renderosity, what can you tell us that no one knows about you?

I like listening to music, I like making music, I like playing video games, I like pizza, I like monkeys, I like watching movies and TV, I like shopping and I like my job ;-)

You've had the honor of Vendor Of the Month several times now, and you were 2010's Vendor of the Year. To what can you credit your continued success?

I can credit this to all the buyers who support me and always make me happy when I see they like what I do, and, of course, to all people in the community, especially the admins, who are always very helpful and cooperative.

How did you get into content creation in the first place? What made you decide to become a vendor?

This all started with the purchase of Victoria 3 when she was brand new. I used to rarely play around with Bryce and early versions of Poser, but, with the release of Victoria 3 and content, it finally totally caught my interest. I liked to be able to do my own stuff, like characters and makeups. So, my first product was created, a character package for Victoria 3, which is not available for sale anymore.

What are you currently working on?

There are a couple of things started which are not currently being continued because of the holidays, but I'm working on a clothing and hair project for Victoria 4, together with Mint. Also, there will be new collaborations with Bice for early next year.

Through the creation process, from inception to finalization of the product, what is your favorite part and why?

I have learned 3D modeling throughout the year, and I can now say it is 3D modeling which is my favourite part. I love to see how objects get in shape, this is a very creative process without limits.

When you are working on a product, what would you say is the most difficult part?

Most difficult part is actually the rigging process of Poser clothing. I always aim to have a perfect conforming fit for my outfits, so much time goes into this part.

Would you be able to give us a hint at what we might see coming soon in the MarketPlace from you?

We have some sexy entertaining outfit for Victoria 4 coming next, and right after that we will go anime / gothic.

Can you list a couple of your personal favorites from your store and tell us a bit about them?

Larissa Hair: My first hairmodel I created. I love long hair and the trendy side-parting of it.

XOXO Project: The XOXO project is a collaboration work between Mint and me and I really love the versatility of this project. This has lots of fantasy facettes and is fully covering the body, but it is yet super sexy-looking without showing skin.

FASHIONWAVE products: I love Fashion and I love creating it. The FASHIONWAVE products are most of the time inspired by latest fashion trends from magazines or fashion shops. I like getting inspired for it.

Do you have any advice for aspiring Digital Content Developers? What would you tell someone who wishes to become a vendor?

Do the stuff you like most and put in everything you can to achieve a quality product. Never stop learning and experimenting, and always ask yourself: Would I buy my product? What could be done better? When you release a product, think about what you could have done better and keep it in mind for the next one :)

Do you have any final words (any info you want to share with the community)?

Yes! THANK YOU to everyone who supports my work and to all buyers! A big THANK YOU to the whole community and to all admins, thanks for your hard work!
