Who is wyrmmaster? The name wyrmmaster sounds kind of funny, but the name was born after becoming the webmaster for Witches & Wyrms, a website dedicated to the introduction and development of a background for a role-playing game. I have recently started a user/player gallery and the role-playing portion of my web site is back up. How long have you have you been rendering? Initially, all art included on the website was 2D, which I have been doing for most of my life. In 1979, when I was in the fifth grade, I first began working with 2D graphic art on an Amiga VIC 20. The art was VERY limitedlines and blocks! In the 1980s, I saw the film Tron and became obsessed with computer art from that point on. Armed with an Amiga 2000, and a program called Imagine, I created my first 3D human figures, which were mainly used as proportion references for my 2D artwork. Even after I migrated to the PC platform, I continued to use the computer to enhance my 2D work. Eventually, I discovered this amazing product called Poser 2, and the rest is history. During this time, I somehow managed to discover this amazing woman, whom you now know as wyrmmystress. Not only did she put up with my rather unusual obsession with disproportionate human figures, she actually encouraged it. This In December 2001, she wanted me to buy Zygotes Michael, but we really couldnt justify the expense. So, she convinced me to sell one of my figures online in hopes that my hobby could at least pay for itself. Creating Voluptuous Vicki was easy but I couldnt present her to the public without the kind of support that I expect when purchasing a character. The rest is history What are you currently working on? I am currently concentrating on additional Dynamic Deformer sets, and Sexy Solo poses. I spend about half the year working for an organization that provides security for aid agencies, non-government organizations, and other high risk ventures. Last year I spent 5 months in Afghanistan and 5 months in Iraq. This is why I sometimes "drop off the face of the earth", then come back with dozens of products. What software do you use and why? The software I use is Poser 6 and Photoshop 7 almost exclusively How has this online community (Renderosity) enhanced your work, relationships, and learning? There is no way to replace the learning I got from Renderosity. The tutorials, downloads, and other support I have received from 3D artists like are priceless. I have seen other artists become successful on their own and then not want to share their profits and their knowledge with Renderosity and its members. I will never forget what I owe to this site.

Amazing how folks fixate on breasts, isn't it? However, my comment to wyrmmaster is that his products are always of the highest quality, unlike some. I never have to go behind wyrmmaster and fix his file references. I never get the feeling that I'm being sold the bare minimum product and everything else is up to me. He makes a complete package, which is well presented, nicely advertized, and well worth the price. Great value in a well rounded and filled out package,... oops.

I hereby offer my praise to you as well, Wyrmmaster! I remember first being captivated by Voluptuous Vicki and Steffy Stax back in 2001 and 2002. Didn't officially get into Poser art until later. Kudos to you for making the sexiest CG women ever known to mankind! I will always love your deformers and the miracles they bring to me.

Way to go WyrmMaster!!! It was his "Bladewoman" for Posette back in 1999 or 2000 that I first saw that got me hooked on Poser!! Thanks WyrmMaster for my Poser hobbie and all your awesome contributions and fanstic art!!

chimera46 ( posted at 12:00AM Wed, 04 May 2005

I have little to say that already hasn't been said. It was stumbling on to a render you made of Lara Croft and Witchblade back in 2001 that got me into poser in the first place. I'm glad that all your hard work has been recognized in this way. Congrats!

Shardz ( posted at 12:00AM Wed, 04 May 2005

Bravo and congratulations on this great honor, Wyrmmaster!! You characters, products, and innovative accomplishments are among some of the finest within the community and I can honestly say I am thrilled and tickled pink to use your fantastic characters and poses! To achieve this kind of recognition, one must create a niche and separate themself apart in content, quality, and a superb level of creativeness; you have done this to a fine level! This award could not have gone to a better merchant, artist, and strong supporter of the community! Superb work!!!

Sorceress ( posted at 12:00AM Thu, 05 May 2005

You really deserve this award. Your products are easy to use and gave our digital ladies a special look. Congratulations.

Wenderfellow ( posted at 12:00AM Thu, 05 May 2005

Well, I can't add much more than what has been said, but say once again, Congratulations. Anyone who knows my Poser ladies knows I use his products extensively (and expansively!) Very many thanks indeed.

Congratulations wyrmmaster! A well-deserved honor for the "master of magnets". I love your beautiful women! While there are other people who have ridden on your coattails, you are still the best! I also want to thank you for the helpful push that got me into brokering. Thanks again!

although I persoanlly dont like the exaggerated proportions of most of your work (though my customers often do) ..the technical aspacts are always spot on. I know the product will work exactly as advertised, with minimal editing on my part. Veronika Vixen has graced two bookcovers already and will probably be on several more.
