Description

This was taken at Barrington Court (National Trust property) a few days ago. I know that taking pictures of children is against the law in the UK but felt I had to take this one - the children cannot be recognized from the pic !!

This is adorable, very sweet, highlighting the innocence of the children. I realize that when it comes to stupid my country is one of the leaders but what is wrong with England? I understand protecting children's privacy but really. I now understand why government can't get anything done. They are busy sucking all the joy out of life.

This is a delightful picture. (And whomever is responsible for that law needs to be removed from office yesterday. Preferably along with any police officers and judges who have tried to enforce it.)

October 2016 "You don’t need special permission to photograph children in a public place (so long as the pictures are not intended for commercial or illegal purposes), but you are advised to seek consent regardless. Children cannot legally give their permission to be photographed, so you need to seek permission from a parent or legal guardian. Such a wonderful, joyful photo, my friend!

Too bad the governments everywhere are more concerned with making stupid rules than prosecuting the bad guys...
