It is cool to see the entire listing...I knew that there had to be more going on. :) What pray tell is an "Iron Artist" competition ??? --Rebekah--

I think it's a cross between the Iron Chefs and speed drawing. Should be quite entertaining ;-)

Iron artists? You open the folder and see a rubber chicken (no bones), the Great Sphinx, and a surrey with a fringe on top... you have 45 minutes in which to make an appetising image! ...while people are watching. (at least that is how I'd set it up)

Just to let you know, The RIM team is going to be interviewing some very big names at the convention. I'm not saying who right now, but some top people will be showing up in the magazine and on our website. We are going to have reports from the field by our intrepid team that will appear on our front page...we intend to have articles non-subscribers can read, along with some special suprises for subscribers as we go along. My greatest thanks to The RIM staff who are working so hard with Renderosity to make Dragon*Con an event all members can partake in, even if you can't make it physcially to Atlanta. Be sure to check out Renderosity and The RIM daily so you don't miss out on the fun!!!

I love that the community is represented at Dragon*Con. Clint and Les seem to be doing a great job of working the crowd and getting people interested in 'rosity (though i'm sure the temporary tattoos help too!). Keep up the good work, guys!

So how'd it go??

Just wanted to drop in here to offer a brief "thank you" all who dropped the booth and came to our classes. It was great to meet many of you face to face, and even greater still to have a chance both answer and ask questions of so many excellent people from the Poser community. Thanks! -Les
