(First, I was tempted to crop out the third guy in the left; but then, having a closer look, I somehow felt he belongs in there, too)

The photoshop umbrella is a brilliant idea and this is a marvelous capture. I agree that the guy on the left somehow makes this picture, I guess he's like the character in a story who stands in for the reader of that story, allowing details to reveal themselves without actually stopping the action of the story itself. All three guys have distinct personalities it seems and you captured that perfectly. I like this image a lot.
