3D Studio Max 2.5. I used this as the basis for a hair tutorial I did. For anyone interested, it`s on my site.

I like this a LOT. The only flaw is that the muff looks a bit flat. I like the almost illustrative look of it, like painted rather than 3D. Excellent excellent work. You might also want to put a light dusting of snow on her hair and shoulders.

Very nice "painted" look. The snow and even the snowflakes look very authentic.
