Description
Inside of a enormous proa, shot in Koninklijk Museum voor Midden-Afrika at Tervuren (Belgium). As you can see it's completely handcrafted out of tropical hardwood.

Intriguing shot! I love photos in which the viewer actually has to stop and look and think about what's being shown. I love the "inside-the-pipe" quality this has and the details are nicely mysterious and inviting. Great textures captured here as well as a wonderful, muted sense of color.
