I do. I just downloaded it the other day. Free, but need some work, some inverted normals and it needed to have some bits mirrored to be British. But very nice free model. https://www.oyonale.com/modeles.php?page=58&lang=en

Very nice scene. To me anyway it displays hr rather odd body shape - tiny undersized chest and stretched out abdomen..

Hm. She is very very close to V4, shapewise. She slips into V4 clothes with very little adjustment, so if LaFemme is oddly shaped, then so is V4 ;)
