Apophysis 2.02 PhotoFiltre Thank you for your visit and comments/votes on previous posts. I am so cold today, winter setting in fast in Washington state...one of the things I always loved when going to grans was doing handcrafts and crochet was one I learned at 6 years old and have done ever since. Another thing was at Thanksgiving and Christmas she always put out her best afghans for us to wrap up in to take the chill off and if we went on a hayride to do caroling we always had the afghans as well. So tonite is tribute to my Gran, thanks for teaching me to love color, reading and language (she was an English teacher:-)) and for sharing the warmth. I give you Grans Afghan to warm your day with color. Have a cozy and warm Friday!

Quite harsh colour balance gives a very "in yer face" feel to this piece........... a very warm quilted feel to the piece...... almost looks like wool..... groovy work
