Description
On the morning of April 24 Jim found this busy little Woodpecker tapping for his breakfast on one of our many Manitoba Maple trees.
Taken just out our back door, tree facing the river down below.

A charming visitor, who no doubt makes a point, by letting you know - that he is around with his knock, knock - knocking on wood ... We have also a Canadian Maple growing in our garden Glenda, with his leaves are changing colour right now, simply beautiful - all the other trees are Evergreens. BB
