How the ..... can a photo 35 years old look so god .... fresh??? What a gorgeous shot!!!! Not into cars in any way, but you have got to appriciate the beauty in this one. This brings back memories, an Austin 7 like this was my first car which I owned in about 1957. Mine didn't have the fold down screen and I don't think it had the water temp guage on the bonnet otherwise it looks identical. Thanks for posting

It looks pretty clean to me - unless there's a little speck of dust on the starting handle .. 8-) It's certainly a tidy looking A7, does your brother still have the Cortina? - they are quite rare now!

wow, look at that fine piece of automotive history!!! they sure as hell don't make em like that anymore!!! ever notice back in the day each year of car was different, even if just something small car makers alwasy made small improvments! now a days they'll go years before changing a damn thing...well except to take the ashtrays out...lol!!! awesome capture here!!! they just keep getting better and better!!!
