to one of the nicest friends i have ever met..Wishing you a very Happy Birthday..May all the Magic in this world show itself to you on your Birthday.. the background was done using DIGARTS picture tubes,the Fairies are tubes by Kate..Kozaburo messy hair..character is Chelsea by thorne,(i made her into a little boy)..Overalls from a japanese site,cant remember wich one.. he is shocked to see not only one fairy but a whole group of them..with all the magic sparkles and dreamy glow,he is mesmerized!!!
