Just a little protrait cause I just found the soften button in PSP :)
Vicky 2 with Goddess textures, Maya hair with textures from free stuff, earrings RDNA, I think I got the tiara there as well.

Very nice, she looks regal. If I could make one suggestion, try turning her eyes so she is looking out of the screen at the viewer, I think it would at a little spark to the character.

very lovely portrait. your usage of the soften brushes were highly apropriate. but you may want to think about adding extra highlights in her eyes, to give her that truely old movie/noir feel :D CHEERS ~Ali
